Betsey just left me. She had been staying with me since last Thursday, going through the ridiculousness that was the last four days. To say the weekend was epic would be a supreme understatement. 

There’s something to be said about the minimal posting I’ve done on my blog/the Internet. The only posts made were uploaded from Instagram. Twitter hasn’t seen much of me either. With society’s constant need to live-post every minute detail of their lives, it’s nice to take a step back and just enjoy the moments without interruption or distraction. Every now and then, having those memories for yourself is ok. They feel all the more special that way, I think.

Anyway, this weekend was amazing. So much time spent with such awesome people. I really am lucky.
