Things I realized tonight
I am not a deep dish pizza person. I’ve always loved thin crust pizza and I’ve always said New York has the best pizza in the world. Obviously, I haven’t been everywhere, but nothing I’ve had compares. Tonight, I had deep dish for the first time ever. It’s most definitely not my cup of tea. It’s just not pizza to me. You can’t pick it up with your hands....

Three Doors Down
I turn on the NHL All-star Game and they have Three Doors Down playing during intermission. Of all bands. OF ALL BANDS. I’ve gone to a lot of hockey games and I’ve never thought of them as having the greatest music selection. At least not at HP Pavillion where the Sharks play. But really? Three Doors Down? Why not just tell people not to watch.

My mother likes to stress me out.
I have an interview in 20 minutes. I politely asked her to not tie up the phone lines 30 minutes prior to my phone call. What is she doing right now? Talking to my aunt on the phone. Of course. I realize that my interviewer is not going to call me this early, but it would be nice if I could settle by the landline without her yapping about pointless crap. All I ever hear, when he’s playing video games: Oh my god What the… Are you serious? Why are you camping? Or some variations of those phrases. He needs to step up his shot talking game. That, or he needs to just shut up altogether.

Sick. Again.
I swear, I never get sick. Not really sick anyway. But for some reason, my body opted to take on this virus right before the Ra Ra Riot show tonight. I was just sick last month! Ugh. I’m a little annoyed. My voice is already going and if I make it a point to sing my heart out tonight, I’m betting by tomorrow, I won’t have a voice at all. I’ve never lost my voice before....

Defeated.
Completely. Utterly. Unequivocally. There are few times in my life where I’ve felt so helpless that I need to blog about it. I don’t like typing out my problems for the world to see.
