all i talk about is work.

we have a big launch next week. we’re we have about 22 items for sale right now. we’re adding 39 more next week. that, and we’re opening at Woodlands (it’s like the Trader Joe’s of the east bay.. or something like that). we’re having this big gala event and everything.

i think i need to start going out more. my home, work, and love life is going quite well.. but my social life is sorely lacking. i know i’ve bitched about it before, but i think i need to start making more of an effort. gotta keep up my end of things.

i’ve come to the conclusion that i’m probably only going to post on the weekends. as much as it sucks, i don’t have much of a choice. work has kept me so busy. i stare a computer screen for most of the day, i have no desire to do more of the same once i get home. every now and then i’ll post more often, but for the most part, fri/sat/sun will be my main blogging days.

oh tumblr, i’ve missed thee.
i’ve been MIA from the internet for almost a week now. my new job has taken up soooo much of my time. this week, i worked 58.5 hours. since i was only part time, that means i racked up a total of 38.5 overtime hours O_O. crazy right? on wednesday, i was basically at work from 8am to 1am the next day. i don’t think i’ve ever worked that hard in...

i hate windows vista.
i came into this start up at a very stressful time.
if things keep going the way they are, i’m going to get boatloads of overtime.
people are slow.
no dress code is awesome.
working from home in pajamas is even better.

12 hour days at work are not so much fun. even though i get pay and a half for overtime.
i’m waay to tired to post anything else. i think i’ll do some reading. i’m working from home tomorrow so i’ll post more then. i get overtime for tomorrow too :P

everyday, i start my mornings with a cup of hot coffee. what an awesome way to make my mornings even better! can’t be sad or grumpy when you have a smile looking straight at you. that, and bc it’s only a half cup, i can have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. twice as much fun. ahaha :P
